Is there a minimum order quantity?

No — buy a single item or a thousand. Every product’s own price is shown up front, whether you add branding or not.

How does pricing work?

The price on every product page is for the plain, undecorated garment, all in. If you want it branded, choose embroidery or print and a placement on the product page — a single £10 logo setup fee is added once per order, no matter how many items you brand.

How do I pay for my order?

We’re currently adding online card payment. Until then, orders are confirmed and paid by invoice — we’ll be in touch by phone, WhatsApp or email to confirm the details and arrange payment before production starts.

Do you ship outside the UK?

Not currently — we ship to UK addresses only.

Embroidery or print — which should I choose?

Embroidery is the more durable, premium option and suits polos, hoodies, fleeces and caps well. Print (DTF) handles full-colour, detailed artwork better and suits T-shirts and hi-vis. See our embroidery vs printing page for the full comparison, or email us and we’ll advise.

How long does production take?

Typically 7–10 working days from payment and (for decorated items) artwork approval. See our Delivery & Returns policy for full details.

Can I return a branded item?

Personalised items can’t be returned for a size error or change of mind once production has started, as they can’t be resold — this is standard for any custom-branded product, and is backed by UK consumer law for personalised goods. Plain, unbranded items can be returned within 14 days unused and in original packaging. Faulty items are always covered — see our full Delivery & Returns policy.

Do I need an account to order?

No, but creating one lets you track orders and check out faster next time. Create an account or log in.

What sizes do you stock?

Every product page has a Size Guide tab with real measurements for that type of garment. Fit varies by brand and style, so check the guide before ordering — or WhatsApp us on 07438 287945 if you want a second opinion.
