Who we are

North Print Workwear Ltd (company number 17252295) is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. Our registered office is 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ — this is our registered office address only, not a trade counter, showroom or collection point, and we’re not able to receive visitors there. For all order, product and account queries, please use the details on our Contact page.

We are not currently VAT-registered, and we do not add VAT on top of the prices shown on this site.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once we’ve agreed the details with you and, for customised items, once you’ve approved the artwork or mockup. We’re currently adding online card payment — until it’s live, payment is arranged directly with you by phone, WhatsApp or email once your order is confirmed, and production begins once that payment has been received.

Artwork and approval

For any decorated item, we’ll send a visual mockup before production begins. Production only starts once you’ve approved the mockup and paid. You’re responsible for making sure any logo or artwork you supply doesn’t infringe someone else’s intellectual property.

Production tolerances

Reasonable tolerances apply to colour, logo placement and garment sizing, consistent with normal embroidery and print industry practice. Minor variation between the mockup and the finished item is expected and is not treated as a fault.

Production and delivery timeframes

Typical production is 7–10 working days from approval and payment. We currently ship to UK addresses only. See our Delivery & Returns Policy for full shipping details.

Cancellations and refunds

Customised items — anything embroidered, printed or otherwise branded — cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded once production has started, except where faulty. Plain, unbranded items can be returned under our Delivery & Returns Policy.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We’re not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Force majeure

We’re not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption, supplier shortages, or extreme weather.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
